Looking back at my photos from this visit brings a bittersweet feeling because the person I came here with is no longer in my life. However, looking past the personal nostalgia, my objective view of Baker's Crust remains incredibly high. This place truly delivers a solid dining experience. Here is my honest breakdown of the food and the vibe: The Fried Chicken & Egg: The fried chicken was absolutely deliciousβthe sauce they used was incredible and paired so well with the crispiness. As you can see from my photos, the fried egg on top was cooked to absolute perfection. The Drinks: The presentation of the food and drinks was beautiful and highly aesthetic. Just a little heads-up on the cocktails/drinks: they definitely pour them strong here! It gave me a tiny bit of a buzz, so pace yourself if you aren't looking to get tipsy too quickly. The Ambience & Service: The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our meal. The AC was adjusted perfectlyβnot too cold, not too hot. The only minor downside to the environment is that it can get a little loud and bustling inside. Parking Tip: Since itβs located in a busy commercial area, finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challen

We ordered the fish & chips, chicken & waffles, and the balsamic chicken. Our food was great (sure, both the fish and chicken are on the dry side but we still enjoyed them.) Our server was nice enough. However, we could see that he was truly busy with all his tables, so we were not attended to as much as we'd expected. My husband had to get up and grab utensils for us after the appetizers landed since none were set on the table. Then my husband got up a second time to grab a pitcher of water he spotted somewhere because our glasses had been dry for 10-15 mins. What was truly most disappointing was the obvious lack of teamwork amongst this staff. Three other workers were just standing around in one corner, clearly just chit-chatting. They weren't that far from us so we could see/hear their goings-on. Sure, maybe they had a rule to just mind each of their own businesses but I don't know, if I see a co-worker running around while I'm not doing anything at all, then I would step in and see how I could help out. One of them was just awful - he was a tall male, with mustache and scrappy dark hair. Although I'm not sure if checking customers was his assigned responsibility to begin with,

The food was amazing!!! 10/10 highly recommended. We had the calamari, classic eggs Benedict, strawberry cheese cake French toast, smash burger, Belgium waffle, west coast omelette and French Rivera French toast. We loved everything, no note! π

Really good service and food. Started with the Bloody Mary and coffee then ordered the Baltimore Benedict. The Bloody Mary was delicious and it was only $6. Eggs were perfect, good hollandaise and muffin. The crab was fine but it was labeled as lump, but it was pretty small pieces. It could have been lump crab meat but if it was, it had been broken down. If you put lump in your recipe, you should leave it in the biggest pieces you can. Either way it tasted good. Hash browns were kind of addicting, I thought I was done but as I waited on the check I kept eating them. My waitress, Hanna, was very nice and attentive. I want to come back and try dinner.
